In the Hardstyle technique one is not conserving energy to go a longer time but is attempting to maximally recruit muscle and energy to create the most force output possible for each rep.
 

200 swings with a 48kg kettlebell in 10mins, 32kg for ladies.
 

The 200 swings have to be performed 10 reps every 30sec for 10mins. Every rep has to be performed in hardstyle fashion.
